Description Long-term competitiveness is discussed graduates of law schools in practice. The authors of the project initiative Theory - skills - practice: innovation law studies, solved in the framework of the Operational Programme Education for Competitiveness, was a publication aimed at training students to outline methods of the master’s degree program of Law and Legal Science in the field of Law and Bachelor scope for further higher judicial clerk at the Law faculty of Masaryk University. Aim of the project determined to present the most common interpretation of the ways and methods that are used in the teaching of humanities subjects. Means for teaching innovation then be the introduction and application of skill teaching methods in existing and new subjects such order to effectively link theory and practice of a legal education. The publication presents readers in a more complete form of the most common methods used for skill development methods, ie Basic knowledge and understanding of the rights, intellectual and analytical skills and practical judgment, Professional Skills, Professionalism, Self-reflection and the ability to lifelong learning.Skills, Professionalism, Self-reflection and the ability to lifelong learning.
