| Description | The Czech law sets stringent requirements for remediation of negative consequences of mining activities. The contribution is focused on situation, when mines have negative impact on human health and on environment after their closure. Different legal instruments and ways to enable the accsess to private property and to entitle remedial activities are analyzed in the scope of the Czech current anf future legislation, along with liability for the breach of duties of the landowner. |
