Description The submitted article deals with the evolution of the listing and delisting process of the alleged terrorists on the so called consolidated list in connection with the right to a fair trial. There was adopted the Resolution 1267 in 1999 that has established UN sanctions regime sanctioning persons and entities allegedly connected with the Taliban and Al-Qaida. The basis of this regime should have been listing of the alleged terrorists on the consolidated list. This list should have been basis for sanctioning of the listed persons by UN member states with using the stated sanctions. The given UN sanctions regime have been changed for many times in connection with the right to a fair trial. And the aim of this article is to analyze the development of the mentioned UN sanctions regime in connection with the right to a fair trial and in connection with the judgments in the cases of the European International courts (European Court of Human Rights and Court of Justice of the EU).
