| Description | Remonstrance is a remedial measure of very specific nature, which results not only from the type of administrative authority and (central)level of public administration, to which it is applied, but also from its regulation in the relatively new Rules of Administrative Procedure. The contribution aims to analyse and point out the weaknesses or controversial issues of the legislation, as well as the practice, providing an outline of possible solutions that would comply with the principle of legality and effectiveness. |
