| Description | The realization of law brings the function and the sense to the law itself as a generally binding normative system and shows the life of law as a peculiar social phenomenon. Various ways of realization of law, that is the enforcement of law, legal actio, public-law actio, internal instructions and legal liability are analysed. There are also the non-legal factors that have influence to the realization and the performance of law, namely the harmony with other normative systems, the legal conscience as well as the psychological mechanisms in the text. |
