| Description | This chapter deals with the legal order as relatively independent and autonomous system. The structural elements of legal order, i.e. legal norms, legal sectors and legal principles are analysed here. The system of law is divided into certain categories. The important division is according to the legal power, according to the constitutionality and under-legality ecc. The effective legal regulation is observed and some significant problems of nowadays legal order are analysed, too. |
