| Description | The contribution deals with the European Public Prosecutor’s Office, which should in the near future effectively fight against frauds with the European Union’s financial interests, as well as protect these interests. The contribution reflects the development of the EPPO from Corpus Juris to the current proposal for a regulation on the establishment of the EPPO. The conclusion of the contribution is devoted to current issues related to proposal for a regulation on the establishment of the EPPO. |
