Description In Tasov there were discovered a rotunda, early gothic church and churchyard during archaeological excavation in 2007-2012. Examined were 118 human skeletons (44 children and juveniles, 42 males, 21 females and 11 individuals whith undetermined sex). The age of deceased persons was between 20 and 40 years (adults) and between 7 and 14 years (juveniles). Inhabitants of Tasov were moderately robust, the body height was 172 cm for males and 162 cm for females, and they were relatively healthy (dental caries, fractures). The results complement the anthropological characteristics of the inhabitants of the 13th and 14 century in Moravia.
