| Description | The paper deals with the entrance exam to the field of gymnastics Animator of Movement Activities and Physical Education and Sport at Faculty of Sports Studies at Masaryk University for the academic year 2012/2013. We analyzed the relationship of gymnastics results with the overall results of the practical admission. Furthermore, we compared the following groups: men and women candidates for full-time studies and part-time studies and sports field Animator (ASAK) and Physical Education and Sport (TVS). To evaluate the results, we used basic statistical characteristics (average, median, standard deviation), where the differences between groups have been estimated using t-test, the dependence was evaluated according to Pearson the correlation coefficient.
