Description The diagnosis of disc herniation forms a considerable part of patient spectrum in the practice of physiotherapists and other specialists. The current treatment and improved examination of these patients can have a significant influence on their recuperation. The neurologic examination includes the examination of deep sensation and proprioception - statesthesia and kinesthesia tests and examination of vibration sensation. Despite the diagnosis of disc herniation is a subject of research in many scientific studies, but a relationship between the vibratory sensation and the diagnosis of the disc herniation has not been formulated in any publication yet.
