Description The main aim of chapture was to compare the physical preferences of diabetics type II. and persons without disease. To diabetics are movement and physical activity recommended as one of the main pillars of their treatment and our research should verify the implementation of these recommendations. The research was carried out using a standardized questionnaire IPAQ. We looked for differences in the frequency of physical activity among researchers set diabetics type II (20 men and 20 women) and a control group of healthy persons (20 men and 20 women) aged 40-55 years. The questionnaire found out their physical activity at work, home, leisure and transport during the past seven days. Outcome of this work, the data obtained from the questionnaire prepared by statistical methods and their interpretation. The only statistically significant difference in the frequency of physical activity between the two groups was found in section moving from place to place by foot or by bike.
