| Description | The adequacy of the cash compensation paid out by a major shareholder to the minority shareholders who were squeezed out of a company, can be determined by a competent court in a special appraisal procedure. The aim of this paper is to analyse the new Czech legal rules of the appraisal procedure. Attention is payed specifically to the questions about the contentious art of the judicial proceedings and the character of the additional cash compensation petition. |
