| Description | Compliance with legal requirement in nature protection is enforced by means of administrative and criminal punishment. The contribution is focused on the breach of a selected duty in the field of nature protection and possible sanctions are analyzed in the frame of criminal and administrative procedures and compared regarding their effectiveness. The relation between administrative and criminal offences are also dealt with. |
