Description The population of the world is aging. Age as a late stage of ontogeny must be understood in terms of social, biological and calendar. Manifestations of social and biological age are highly individual, depending on genetic and lifestyle. As health is a key element in this period called functional fitness for preserving as long as possible and pursue self-sufficiency activities of everyday life. It is necessary to develop cognitive and memory functions in the prevention of dementia. Motion programs selected according to the health status of the elderly in relation to the set objectives and in relation to the interests of seniors on the physical activity and the environment. To maintain the functionality of the body, to reduce the risk of morbidity and mortality are recommended physical activities moderate load for 30 min. 5 x per week. The main objective is to use well-chosen and performed physical activities to maintain or improve the quality of life of seniors change their passive approach to life on active and allow them to make new contacts and relationships to experience the joy of life.
