| Description | The goal of this paper is to theoreticaly define the concept of Europeanization in the relation to the area of the law. The general concept of Europeanization will be firstly developed in terms of its characteristics, which are the process, the change and the existence of the EU. Subsequently, this concept will be applied on the specific area of law, while the division of the concept of Europeanization will respect the dynamic approach, i.e. following the line of vertical and horizontal Europeanization. |
