Description Conflict in Syria has entered its fourth year in March 2014. During last three years it has became one of the deadliest recent conflicts and situation is still worsening. Conflict which polarises Syrian society also helps to spread instability in the whole Middle East. Armed conflict doesn´t avoid densely populated cities and we have witnessed its intensification during the year 2013. These are factors that are crucial for causing massive movement of population that try to leave affected areas. Main goal of this study is to introduce migration flows of civilians after March 2011 when conflict erupted has. There are also briefly introduced modern Syrian migration history, recent civil war and internal displacement and Syrian refugees.
