| Description | The article deals with the role of experts in expropriation procedure. Experts are entitled to assess a compensation for expropriated land. First of all, author analyses the choice of expert – especially with respect to prejudice for or against participant of the procedure. Evaluation of expert opinion by expropriation authority is analysed in next parts. Author focuses on the situation, when two expert opinions are contradictory. |
