Description Objectives: In the retrospective study for 22 years, we present indications for endonasal endoscopic surgery in pediatric patients, the most frequent surgical procedures, complications and results. Slide shows video films each operational procedures. Methods: The authors describe a retrospective analysis of a cohort of pediatric patients who were operated on Pediatric ENT Dept. University in Brno in the years 1991 - 2012 (22 years). Diagnosis is applied X-ray examination of the skull in the semi-axial projection, CT is performed only in cases of suspected complications or tumor involvement. Results: it were operated endoscopic endonasal surgery altogether 1084 children, of which 658 boys (58%} and 426 girls (42%). Of this group, 47 were operated on newborns, children under 5 years of age was 156 (14%). the most common indication was maxillary cyst - 321 children, recurrent maxillary sinusitis - 216 children, 131 children nasal polyps, DCRS - 78 children, choanal polyps - 78 children, hyperthrophic nasal mucosa - 56 children. In the neonatal period was the most common indication for surgery choanal atresia - 40 cases.
