Description The e-learning material of Kinesiology aims to provide a general introduction to the basic properties of individual contractile as well as noncontractile soft tissues, bones and joints, all in the context of physiology and pathophysiology, with an emphasis on the use in the diagnostics and treatment of functional and structural disorders of the musculoskeletal system. The material includes a chapter on the management of momentum, which clearly explains the basic regulatory mechanisms. The course provides the necessary general information concerning the kinesiology issues and helps students to begin to understand further special issues included in the courses of Clinical Kinesiology and Fundamentals of Diagnostics and Treatment of Locomotor Disorders.
