| Description | Our second e-learning material titled Specialization II Basketball builds on the topic of offensive game activities of an individual dealt with in the e-learning material of Specialization I Basketball. In this material defensive activities of an individual are treated. Individual defensive activities form the basis of defensive game combinations which help to create the most appropriate defence system for the team. Our work focuses on the principles of training process management and the practice of basic defensive activities of an individual. |
