| Description | The paper addresses the conditions under which an offender act in negative legal error and the legal relevance of a legal error. The paper contains a comparison of the Institute erred in law in the Czech Criminal Code and the German concept of the legislation on the prohibition of error, as well as the current Supreme Court rulings approach to assessing the conditions of the offender's conduct in negative legal error. |
