| Description | The paper presents a dissertation research project which will focus on the workplace as a kind of environment where intergenerational learning is taking place – a kind of research neglected so far. The workplace has a considerable potential for this kind of learning by virtue of providing specific space and conditions. The findings are hoped to contribute to developing the knowledge base concerning intergenerational learning in the workplace and its still underdeveloped theory. |
