| Description | Assessment of impacts on the environment and public health counts among the major legal instruments of their protection. Relevance of assessment process impacts on the environment and public health, and its output grows with the environmental awareness of the public and its willingness to engage in proceedings which relates to the very process of assessing the impact on the environment and public health, and the follow-up procedures. Legislation of this institute significantly changed on April 1, 2015, with respect to the varied work of the amending legislation reflecting the allegation incorrect transposition of the Directive of the European Parliament and Council Directive 2011/92 / EU. The author with regard to this reflects on certain aspects of legal regulation of this institute with appropriate consequences, and with a focus on ensuing amendment changes and their impact on public participation. |
