| Description | The New Civil Code regulates possibilities how to share a flat with another person. Joint leasehold is one of the possibilities. Other options are lease of part of a flat, housing of spouses, housing of other members of leaseholder´s home and sublet of part of a flat. In this article, the author focuses there on the differntiation of these possibilities. |
