• Description: The methodology allows the evaluation of the efficiency and effectiveness of current municipal waste mangement expenditures. Efficiency is in concept of the authors understood from the perspective of 3E concept and sustainable develepment concept. The design of the methodological procedure for the assessment of the efficiency of current municpal waste management expenditure is based on the method of the "minimum value". The methodology also includes instructions on efficiency inceasing.
