| Description | The paper deals with parental leave which plays an important role in reconciliation of family life and professional life of workers. It analyses minimum requirements for regulation of parental leave in EU Member States provided by Revised Framework Agreement on Parental Leave concluded between the European social partners with respect to national law of the Czech Republic. |
