| Description | In the present invention, there is disclosed a method of direct mono -N-substitution of piperazine in synthetically significant yields, wherein the method is characterized by preparation piperazine-1-cation and subsequently said piperazine-1-cation reacts under catalysis of a d-metal compound, aluminium or cerium and under conditions of Michael addition with an electrophilic reagent, preferably in molar ratio piperazine-1-cation to the electrophilic reagent in the range of 1:1 to 1:1,4. |
