Description The following contribution compiles the bryophyte records of the Spring Meeting of the Bryological and Lichenological Section of the Czech Botanical Society, which took place in Podyjí National Park in April, 2011. Altogether 197 bryophyte taxa (165 species of mosses with six additional varieties and 26 liverwort species) were recorded by the participants in the course of the four day excursion, which visited 14 localities spread over the whole National Park territory and its surroundings. The bryological survey brought the discovery of a new taxon of the Czech bryoflora, Hypnum cupressiforme var. heseleri and new localities of the red-listed species Pyramidula tetragona, Ulota hutchinsiae, Orthotrichum rupestre and Loeskeobryum brevirostre, as well as the verification of localities for Riccia papillosa, Asterella saccata, Entosthodon pulchellus and E. fascicularis.
