Description *Fiber optic sensor for plane inclination detection based on fiber Bragg gratings sensing elements. Presented sample is based on four fiber Bragg grating sensing elements. The sensing elements provide changes in optical signal parameters caused by mechanical stress in sensing optical fibers. The mechanical stress in sensing fibers is induced by gravitational force from mass mechanically connected to sensing fibers. The sensor temperature independence in operating temperature range is accomplished by suitable mechanic configuration and differential measurement method. The sample was tested in full spatial angle range and temperature range from -20 to +70°C.
