| Description | The aim of this paper is philosophical and legal (critical) analysis of the legislation of abor-tion de lege lata in the Czech republic. For this purpose, it is by using modern embryological knowledge stated the moment, from which we can talk about zygote as a human person. These conclusions are then confronted with the development and current state of national legislation in this area. The purpose is to show its obsolescence and excessive liberalism, which in particular makes of abortions tool for solving economic and social problems. |
