| Description | Author’s paper deals with the interrelationship between a pre-trial proceedings and a trial, and the changes within the key amendments of Code of criminal procedure since its acceptance till the present day. Above all the purpose of the pre-trial cannot be underestimated because its results often significantly affect the proceeding of the trial itself. In the opinion of the author, those are the reasons which have to be taken into consideration by the creators of the recodification of the criminal procedure law. |
