| Description | Paper reflects the current issues related to the educational environment informal institutions – libraries. Through action research are defined and analyzed the educational needs of teaching librarians in educating various target groups in information literacy and development options outlined in andragogical, pedagogical and didactic aspects of information education that implement teaching librarians in public libraries. |
