| Description | The aim of this paper is to present the first results from dissertation research project dealing with the topic of harmonizing parenthood and start of a scientific career during the doctoral studies. First results from the research focus mostly on coping strategies related to the fulfilment of both parenthood and study obligations and strategies of harmonization of these two areas of living. |
