| Description | Pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics behaviour of drug is influenced by its binding on human serum albumin. Therefore the evaluation of analytical methods for analysis of these interactions with a small amount of sample solution is a highly desirable.Integrating benefit of these methodologies is possibility to measure interaction of binding partners in their native states without immobilization or labelling under physiological conditions. |
