| Description | The Dictionary is the first publication focused on art history in the Czech Lands from the lexicographical point of view. It contains 2,666 entries. The Dictionary was prepared at the Institute of Art History, Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic with the support of the Czech Science Foundation (grant no. GA ČR 408/03/0060 in 2003–2005) and Masaryk University’s project of the Centre for Studies in Central European History: Sources, Countries, Culture (research project no. MSM0021622426), and its publication was made possible with the financial support of a research project of Masaryk University and the Department of Art History, Faculty of Arts, Masaryk University. |
