| Description | Article seeks to answer under what conditions and to what extent it is possible to monitor the employees' use of ICT. The issue is approached under existing legal framework, unquestionably permissed practices are identified and more complex issues are discussed. The most serious identified issue is the improper handling of data in relation to their preservation. Authors also discussed the existing gap between the technical and legal aspects of implementation of surveillance. |
