| Description | The authors of this paper have resolved together a two-year research project at the Faculty of Law at Masaryk University in Brno entitled "Selected sociological and legal aspects of consumer protection in the Czech Republic". This paper summarizes the results of the research task that focused on the social and legal aspects of consumer protection against unauthorized conduct and unfair commercial practices of entrepreneurs in the Czech Republic,1 and attempts to identify problems of the given area in a European context. |
