Description Droplet based microfluidic platform for combinatorial analysis of multienzyme reactions and metabolic pathways in nanoliter bioreactors. Using steady-state or end-point on chip detection technology. It was development of multivariate approach for metabolic pathways optimization. The result was developed for implementation of the production.
