| Description | The content of this chapter is to analyze the particular content controls relating to standard terms as a special way of contracting. The subject of interpretation is especially the surprising corrective arrangement under § 1753 CC. Furthermore, in the chapter the author also discusses other arrangements that are in a special mode in standard therms, for example arrangement of the amount of default interest, personal data protection, the contractual penalty clause or arbitration. |
