| Description | The publication is a commentary of the current version of the Act on Municipalities, following the previous abridged amendments. The text of the commentary is interconnected with the corrected institutes, and at the same time supplemented by selected case law, strictly as a reference to the related professional literature. In order to make the reader more readable and easy to read, the text of the publication is supplemented by an alphabetical index. This publication is already the third complete and updated issue of this comment. The previous issue has been completely dismantled. |
