Description Imatinib, bosutinib, dasatinib, pazopanib, erlotinib, canertinib and vatalanib are new important anticancer drugs, especially for treatment chronic myeloid leukemia. All of these substances without imatinib are being tested in clinical trials with very promising results. Imatinib is the standard first-line therapy at chronic myeloid leukemia for almost 10 years. The aim of our work was to develop the fastest separation of all these drugs in one run. According to the structure of drugs, capillary zone electrophoresis was chosen. The separation was performed with a background electrolyte containing 100 mM phosphoric acid, adjusted by sodium hydroxide to pH 2.75.
