| Description | Bankruptcy law is a legal sector which is certainly a matter of public law, but the specificity of its inclusion under certain legal area is no longer quite clear. This contribution works with the hypothesis of including bankruptcy law in the area of financial law and seeks a deeper link with this separate law sector. In the author's opinion, traditional classification under civil law is inappropriate and inclusion in financial law seems more meaningful. |
