| Description | This paper deals with the current issue of financing of territorial self-governing units and the functioning of the municipal financial system in the Czech Republic. Attention is focused on issues and legal regulation of the management of territorial self-governing units, especially with regard to offenses, administrative delicts of municipalities. At the same time, the purposeful use of funds and the breach of budgetary discipline are also mentioned here. |
