| Description | The third part of the lecture cycle Nomination III analyzes the nominalizations of the size of the clause (Caponigro, Hartman, inter alia). Free relatives are generated as DPs, whereas the complementiser clauses are generated as CPs and they must / can obtain the DP-shell during the derivation (subject clauses vs. complement clauses). |
