| Description | The present article treats the question whether it is correct to hold employees of state and other public corporations personally liable for damage caused in exercise of public power. With regard to comparative context and teleological background it reaches the conclusion that wherever there is a public corporation liable to compensate the damage caused in the exercise of public power personal liability of its employees should be excluded. |
