| Description | The nationalization of the Provincial Museums was one of the first significant interventions of the Communist regime in the field of museums, but at the same time it culminated in the extensive and non-standard processes that this type of museum institute had undergone since 1945. the action committees). The paper will cover not only these major “pre-February” events and the course of the post-natalization act in the Moravian Provincial Museum, but will also analyze their impact on the subsequent development of the Central Moravian Institution, mainly on the basis of comparison with originally envisaged concepts. |
