| Description | The article is dedicated to current amendment of legislation concerning legal regulation of parental allowance. It analyses the purpose of this social security benefit paid because of take care for a child. It focuses on amendment of legislation entered into force 1 January 2020 with respect to possible non-compliance with the constitutional order of the Czech Republic. The attention is paid to particular aspects of providing of this state social support allowance in the event of birth of twins or more children at the same time. |
