| Description | The article is a commentary on the judgment of Supreme Court handed down on 23rd October 2018, case no. 28 Cdo 1060/2017, which deals with the issue of calculation of unjust enrichment in the amount of previously agreed remuneration [in the sense of § 2999 (2) CC] in cases of faulty performance. |
