| Description | Symbios project (Brno) presents the shared housing of young adults leaving a children's home (DD) or foster care (PP) and university students (universities) as a tool for obtaining their own housing and resources to start a completely independent life (including paid employment). The final evaluation of the project is to serve two basic goals. First, to determine the benefits of the proposed innovation for members of the target group in ensuring stable living and paid employment. Secondly, the evaluation of the innovative pilot project should serve to improve the methodological process of the program. In other words, it should be used to identify the factors and conditions that can currently support the successful results of the project, and at the same time the factors that can hinder them or directly hinder their achievement. These factors are of two types. On the one hand, these are the intervention mechanisms formed in the program and, on the other hand, it is the programmatic (personnel, financial, organizational, institutional) context of the implementation of these interventions, in which the interventions are socially rooted. |
