| Description | In this article, the authors deal with current technical applications that serve to fulfill the basic obligations arising from the AML Act. The aim of this article is to define key areas within the identification and control of the client of obliged persons, where technological solutions (applications) play a key role in reducing the costs. The authors of the article hypothesize that automated applications follow legal requirements, but human intervention is always necessary to fulfil all of the legal requirements. |
